| Yes, simply send an email and we will match you with an authorized and certified applicator in your area. These individuals have complete our training process and are certified users of our products. Only jobs performed by certified applicators will be warranted for 5 years. |
| Q: When can we treat masonry with True Shield? |

It is best to wait a full 28 days for new concrete and masonry to cure before applying. |

Q: The product for wood does not appear to be working after the application, is it working? |
| TSW-1200 takes about three to seven days to start seeing results. It takes time for the reaction to take place in the organic substrate. |
| Q: If heavy beading no longer occurs on the surface, is True Shield still working? |
|
Yes, True Shield typically has heavy beading for the first three to six months depending on environmental conditions. True Shield goes deep into the capillaries of the substrate providing full protection, even if the heavy beading is not apparent on the surface. |
