True Shield™ emulsion cleaner is a powerful cleaner containing a new organic, biodegradable citrus-based solvent.  CEC-4000 is effective in removing grease, heavy oils, inks, dyes, rubber hydrocarbons or lampblack and sludge from concrete and other hard surfaces.  CEC-4000 is safe on most washable surfaces.  It is recommended that a spot test be performed before application to concrete, plastics, rubber, vinyl or painted surfaces.  CEC-4000 is an organic product that is environmentally friendly, nontoxic, nonflammable, and biodegradable.  *Oils tend to penetrate deeply into the substrate and can be difficult to remove.  Multiple applications may be needed depending on the area that is stained and length of time the oils have set. 
 
 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

CEC-4000 is best used a pre-treatment to heavily soiled areas.  CEC-4000 is applied by soaking, spraying, wiping or pressure washing.  Allow contact time after application, approximately 3 to 5 minutes, so that the chemical reaction of the product does the work.  Scrubbing may be necessary depending on the application.  Rinse the surface thoroughly after application.
